Online application, phone interview, product assignment and in person interview. I’ve applied here serveral times and done their BS product assignments. I don’t know how much time they actually put into reviewing completed product assignments after I had worked HOURS and hours making sure it looked like it met their standards. Considering on how many people they hire every month for their ‘hiring class’ I did not think it could be so difficult to land a job here. I finally got an in-person interview for the Content Specialist role and thought it went just okay. I met with two people. The first guy was great, the second one was checking his phone, rushing and seemed like he did not want to be interviewing me. Also the recruiters act like you can call/email them whenever. But with this past recruiter, I had to email her to remind her of a call she apparently had scheduled on her calendar to call me.
