The process is very easy, both video interview and face to face interview I apply in the middle of February the next day I received the HR email with the first phase which is to do my video interview ... Simple the same old questions all about customer service, your good and bad things happened with the clients, also that so much experience you have in customer handling and situations in general. When I finished my first interview (video) I crossed my fingers and sent to the universe a prayer so that everything is well in my interview. And so was BINGO at the end of the week almost ending February I receive the invitation for my face-to-face interview here at DTW, MI It was a very nice day, everyone was very professional, well dressed and smelling so good ( Men's & Lady's ) The day was very interesting since the interview consists of 2 parts the first part is where HR people give you information about how the recruitment process is, then each one stands up says where they come and also a little about Of your life, just talk about your experience, your work, where you come from and of course your name that is very important. Also they ask you a question where you choose one of the 3 1- What has been your most embarrassing moment and why? 2- Who is your hero and what roll takes in your life and why? 3- Which country would you like to go to and why? When they finish this they make a break of 15 mins and they tell you that when they return they will find the list of the numbers of people that are selected for the 2nd round and that is where the best of the day begins! When I returned from the break I found my number on the list attached in the door there was when i Said I did it Already in the 2nd part of the day is where the people of HR say everything concerning your base your salary how long will be your training and where will be that you should go to receive it They will tell you about your appearance tattoos earrings and etc as a guide When they finish all the information they start to call one by one for their face to face interview and there they tell you if you are a selected candidate or not. My face-to-face interview was super professional but also cool because I did not feel that intimidated you to feel the power ... I swear it's the first time I've felt comfortable talking to someone in HR without feeling uncomfortable, In the middle of my interview the HR person told me this because you are a good candidate and you have all the qualities that we are looking for in people to be part of our family. I want to offer you the position of FA with us, welcome and many more things //at the moment I listened and I said to myself you did it and I smiled because I was very excited hearing My new offer from the company it was so COOL they you have to fill out a lot of paperwork right there, and at the end of your interview the HR person tells you tomorrow we will send you the official letter of welcome to the company and training.
