The hiring stage for the Golds Gym in LaGrange, New York was awesome. They made us take ALL of the Golds Gym classes, including spin courses, yoga, zumba, boot camp traing.. all to make sure that the trainers who were applying were all up to date on their own physical fitness. This I had personally found to be a brillant idea.

I would have to say that the most difficult or unexpected question that was asked to me by my golds gym interviwer was, "would you steal another trainers clients or new members that joined the gym but were not assigned to you by our sales people"?
