General manager gives final approval, but generally you will not see or speak with him. It helps get an interview if you drop off a resume to the general manager after applying online

They said they loved me and that I would be moved forward to second interview...ended up calling them 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and apparently the GM was too busy to interview me.. when they need people.. then emailed me saying I didnt get it when I was waiting to get interviewed again.
