Took 7-8 days to hear back after initial phone interview. At that point, I thought I wasn’t moving forward to the next round, even though I felt like it was a strong interview. Then got a call as if nothing happened and was asked to move forward for the next round. During my interview with the two hiring managers, it seems like they were scrambling to grab my résumé and to get their questions together. Never heard back or received a decline email, also emailed the Recruiter on numerous occasions and did not get a call back or an email reply. Even if I heard back, I wouldn’t want to move forward given the entire process has been very slow and lack of regard for others time/effort during the process.
