It was a video call hosted by two Golden 1 employees that lasted 30 minutes. The two interviewers each happened to have 5 years of experience with the company. I asked about paths to promote once I proved my worth, and they couldn't answer and seemed put off by my asking. That's a huge red flag. Also, the job was a "contract hire position," so they didn't have to pay benefits. No thanks.....
