      Interview

My Superday consisted of three back‑to‑back 20‑minute Zoom interviews. Each interviewer was warm, direct, and focused on understanding how I think, communicate, and approach operational problems. The process was well‑organized, with clear instructions and smooth transitions between meetings. Questions centered on teamwork, ownership, process improvement, and how my past experiences prepared me for Operations. Overall, it felt structured, conversational, and professionally run.

      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Salt Lake City, UT)

      Interview

4 30 minute interviews back to back, never asked me if the times they selected for me were ok, just had to accept that it would be in the middle of the day. Asked me basic questions like how do I handle difficult situations and what kind of worker I am. Super easy tbh. It’s completely a personality interview, not any questions about experience in specific concepts, for example ability to use excel.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you found an error on a report and what did you do?
