Round 1 Coderpad : String anagram question. Interview wanted me to write efficient way of code. We have many ways to solve. but finally i wrote what he expected me to write. So it was fine Round 2 : Median of Sorted Array: Here also i wanted to write my own way and then interviewer was not ok as it was space complexity. But that could have solved the problem . he wanted me to think how to calculate on fly. Since this question i have not read before i could not think of logic properly. and interview ended. I dont think this is the right way of judging candiate where u see some question on geeks for geeks and ask that and then think candidate is not upto the mark. This interview process is worst i would say. May be someone had seen that question and he would have answered it the way the interviewer wanted. What is the use of having questions like that. how do u guarantee one who mugged up these questions can solve new complex problems in industry.
