Interview
I joined in the super day interview. There are four interviews, three are about data algorithms. And the last one is about experience interview. I have to say this is the worst interview I have ever had experienced in my life.
I admit some questions I did not know the answer. But you never ever met an interviewer who asked you questions in this rude way. Like You have not graduated right ( I clearly wrote on my cv and mentioned it at beginning of the interview). Your master degree is not science? You do not work anymore in your current company, right? You have not joined the company(XXXX) at (XXX). So many questions like this just negated your experience. Even we have not joined in the tech talk. He began to speak like this way. Which make me very sad.
I think if he truly thought I did not match the job, he could directly refuse me instead of offending me like this. This is truly insulting. Especially he started from beginning. I still do not know why, just because I am Asian or I am female?
A recruiter reached out to me. Technical screening was easy, then the super day loop included LC medium/hard questions. The last interview was my background check, project deep-dive, and theoretical conversation about applied solutions and their limitations/optimization.
