I applied for an associate position in the risk department through LinkedIn. After two weeks, I received a call from HR to schedule the first round of interviews. The first round was a mix, mainly focused on discussing my resume. Within two days, HR sent me an email to attend the final round, which consisted of three interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. The first two rounds were case study-based, while the final round was mainly technical in nature

it was great and quite competitive and consisted of multiple stages including an initial recruiter phone screening, a rigorous technical coding assessment testing data structures, followed by several consecutive deep-dive behavioral interviews with senior leadership.
