I submitted the online application and was invited to complete a HireVue interview as the next step in the process. Following this, I advanced to multiple rounds of interviews during the Superday, where I had the opportunity to meet with several members of the team and showcase my skills and experiences.
Hirevue first, then it moved to a zoom interview before superday in person. Hirevue was mainly luck to move on to the next round with the bank. Overall difficult questions.
3 20-min interview super day. Seems like only the most senior interview matters. One VP, 2 analysts. No first round other than the hirevue. Took forever to hear back from HR.
The interview that I completed was an online HireVue recording. It took approximately 30mins and you only have one attempt to record. That means if you mess up, there are no second chances.
