Interviewed from an internal team. Interview consisted of 3 meetings with the manager that was hiring, one interview with the engineering MD, and one chat with the partner. None were technical.

Interview
Got ghosted after first round and they do it with many candidates. Interview was mix of behavioral and technical with the hiring manager lasted 30 minutes and was quite conversational.
Interviewd by senior people who where all very nice and very professional. Not too difficult, but several (and too many) rounds. Only downside was the lack of communication after 5 interviews. Overall a nice experience.

Not too difficult from questions standpoint. Interviewer was doing work on the side while taking the call which felt a bit off. Fit issues from both sides in the end which led to no further process after round 1. Interview with a VP in the asset management division
