First step is resume screening by HR, then it is Hirevue. After hirevue, if you are selected, you get advanced to superday. Superday is with multiple senior leaders and they ask you questions back to back

R2: 'Design a Trading System' system design Q was asked which was pretty difficult hence I couldnt make it to R3
my peers were asked DSA Qs in both r1 and r2, some were asked the same trading system Question

Initial resume drop, then a call with a recruiter, then one-way interview (mine was HireVue), finally ended with a SuperDay (ie three back to back interviews ranging 30-45 mins each I think. Questions were primarily behavioral and the interviewers wanted to hear the questions candidates prepared for them.
