I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
Started with a Hirevue. After the hirevue it was an interview with three team members, one being head of compliance and the other two being people of a similar level to me
The interview was very smooth and easy, there were multiple rounds with difference teams across compliance, heard back the next day and accepted the offer. They had half technical and half behavioral questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe previous experience in compliance and how can you apply it here
basic behavioral questions. interviwers were nice. superday was basic, 3 rounds and were back to back. asked a lot of basic questions but felt like a conversation rather than an interview.
I was scheduled with two interviews on very short notice (24hrs).
The first was with two individuals with one being a VP. The interview was over zoom not over teams. They seemed very intrested in what I had to say and were engaging throughout the interview.
