Gong Software Team Lead interview questions

After a short call with a recruiter, I was scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interviewer said it will be a "casual talk" just to get to know each other. it felt more like there was no real agenda for this interview. He was not prepared and could not describe what they were looking for. He was very impatient and dismissive of everything I said. He made several inappropriate comments \ jokes regarding my age. And he left no time for my questions. All in all, I was very disappointed with this experience.
