Do not interview with this company for senior roles. The process required me to come in a second time (Because the leader was busy in meetings and I had flown coast to coast for this), to asking for references and not connecting with them. And finally not even having the courtesy to let me know that they won’t be moving forward. A chaotic hiring process speaks to what might be happening inside.
