Interview
The interview process started with an HR screening phone call. After the call, the HR sent a case study to solve and a presentation to prepare. Did that and got to the third round.
The third round was the one which took me off. The interview was 60 minutes. The HR never specified the procedure. The interview is taken by an employee who is way down in the hierarchical system. It seems they have a set template to judge and do not want to see the vision or scope. You know "A" software, then maybe you are in. But, if you know B which is similar to A then they reject you immediately and this is judged by a screen share where you can barely see the full aspect. They do not want to take into consideration the effort of the case study and presentation as well in that condition. Also, the level of the interview process is very long and tedious for very less compensation.
