Recruiter contacted me after applying for the role. After a friendly chat he pushed me along to the next stage with the manager of the team I would be working with. Had a really good interview with the manager that seemed to be positive and like it might move onto the next steps. However then received radio silence, no rejection nor an update on next steps, nothing… just find this to be very unprofessional and frustrating. Candidates get their hopes up and grow excited for a role only for the company to completely ghost them. Waste of time, steer clear if you ask me.
