Question 1
What do you feel the main role of a District Manager is?
Interviewed in Southern Wisconsin. Poor communication from recruiter. Had to reach out 3 times over 2 weeks to schedule initial interview. Interview was average START and experience questions. Said they'd reach out to me next week with next steps, then went ghost. Sent 2 different follow up emails with no response.
To put my experience into perspective, I interviewed and was job offered within 2 weeks with 2 other companies for a similar position. The recruiter told me they recently had a Store Manager get hired and quit all within a few weeks at a key location....can't imagine why...
