I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Bakersfield, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Simple and casual interview. Very easy going and in a relaxed setting. Asked generic work history questions and role playing. Interview was not rushed nor did I have to sit in a room full of other potential employees.

Question 1
How would you handle an employee that did not want to perform their given assignment?
Interview process was laid back, easy, quick and to the point. Not a lot of our least favorite situation questions no one likes. That was definitely a plus. They were interested more on your knowledge of brands which is to be expected in the job skill. Overall, not the worst interview I've had.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Wic-a-te-wah, MI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Two in depth interviews that were read to me with very little emotion
I had no idea if they were even listening.
2 people were present
It was a very negative experience
