I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Manassas, VA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The process was simple: apply, phone interview, in-person interview where you are shown around the store, and if they contact you again, you will be sent to a career center for a few hours for a scheduled class to learn about the company and what your job entails. Very easy process and would suggest learning a bit about the company before they call you.
