They look to see how nice and hard working you may be. They spend time talking about the mission of goodwill and how you may benefit it. They will ask general questions of situations you may be in as well. It will be two people there interviewing you and they'll also show you the whole building.

In person quick and friendly. Application submitted and call back was quick. Asked about history and qualifications hired quick. The job was amazing and they are easy to work for
asked my about my previous job experience, my characteristics, why i wanted the job, which shifts i was available for, etc. very basic interview questions, i didn’t prepare at all and still did fine!
