Interview
Interview with Director was very informative. After describing the job and what the work environment is like, she asked about my experience and interests as well as my strengths. She wanted to know why I wanted to work for Goodwill and about my previous experience work with individuals with challenges or barriers to employment. She left time for me to ask questions about the job and I had several about hours, flex time, working from home, and opportunities for advancement.
Interview process was easy & laid back. Gave a breakdown of what the job would entail as well as what the benefits & perks the job would entail. Overall interview experience was positive.
interview very exciting and engaging . I enjoyed learning about the mission of goodwill and the importance of my job . The director over my dept was in the interview . Very welcoming .
