Após envio do currículo, recrutadora fez contato e agendou uma conversa rápida de 30min por telefone para explicar melhor sobre o processo de entrevistas da empresa. Durante todo o processo a recrutadora foi bastante atenciosa comunicando cada etapa seguinte, com documentos preparatórios e explicativos do que esperar em cada fase, e o quais pontos tecnicos seriam abordados em cada etapa. Teve uma etapa de desafio online, com tempo para resolução de dois problemas e explicação da solução e complexidade. Depois uma outra etapa de pair programming juntamente com um desenvolvedor para apresentar o problema e analisar o raciocinio lógico da solução. Por fim um dia inteiro com 4 entrevistas seguidas (cansativo) onde tiveram novamente alguns desafios guiados por alguns desenvolvedores, para analisar o pensamento critico e lógico, uma entrevista focada no design de arquitetura de um sistema, e outra mais focada em soft skills e minhas experiências passadas

After clearing all the interviews in 2 months, here comes the team match. Where no one ever knows when they gonna get a team match call. Even if you get the TM call next comes the HC again no one knows why they reject.
