over the phone algorithm questions, with guidance you are able to finish the algorithm in time while the proctor watches you code live and offers suggestions but not solutions. recruiter part of the process is very easy, they dont particularly know much about coding just the fact you have to be matched with a interviewer.

The interview process was positive overall as the company was accommodating, allowing me to code in my preferred language and presenting easy test questions. However; I, unfortunately, made a mistake in the final interview regarding the complexity of the code, which resulted in my failure to move forward in the hiring process.
