I was contacted by a recruiter with whom I conducted an introductory telephone interview with. She was lovely - very friendly and made me feel instantly at ease.
She immediately informed me at the end of the interview that I would progress to the next stage - a telephone mock sales pitch followed immediately by a series of competency based questions.
I successfully made it through this stage to move forward to the on site interviews.
I was flown to Dublin to partake in three face-to-face, back to back, 45 minute interviews, with three different employees.
They were very friendly and informative.
Unfortunately I did not make it through to the final stage but it was a fantastic learning experience.

Question 1
The most difficult question I was asked was to play the role of a sales associate in order to convince a local restaurant owner the benefits of online advertising.
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.

Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference
