Interview
The interview lasted about an hour. Very friendly and understanding managers
the meeting was held online
after the first pre-interview with the recruiting team was the second normal interview
Questions were mainly addressed to the last experience and some case questions
also, they take huge attention to the diversity

Online application, virtual screening, virtual assessment and in-person interview. 3 stages of in-person interview starting with HR, then Sales Team Lead and finally the Head of Sales for the region. Overall it was transparent and objective process.

What was the most outstanding thing I have accomplished.
I made it to the assessment phase where they ask a bunch of situational questions. They ask you how you handle certain situations a number of times. There aren't many instructions.

The interview process was quite a few steps with different people, but well managed overall and they were all very friendly. Some of the questions were a bit strange but nothing too crazy, felt like they wanted you to think outside the box
