I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google (Ann Arbor, MI) in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview was pretty basic. It was for a customer service position. They asked why I want to work at Google, specially Ann Arbor location. They also asked how would I can a difficult customer and what company I thought had the best customer service
Really hard, took a long time to get an interview. The manager was really nice although I did not get the job. Ask about experience and why you fit the role
Disorganize, I never felt welcomed and at ease. I declined the offer because of the vagueness of the role. It was not properly discussed and it seems like the recruiter does not understand everything about the role and the company.
L’entretien en service client inclut la présélection, la convocation, la préparation, l’accueil, les questions sur l’expérience, la gestion des conflits, les compétences relationnelles, un test pratique, l’évaluation, la conclusion et le suivi.
