Several rounds og interviews with 4-5 people. Brought in a few times. Overall it was straightforward and interviewers did not ask a bunch of hiw many golf balls would fit in a phone booth type of questions. Questions focused on experience, culture fit, and critical thinking.

The interviewer was 5 minutes late and immediately started asking questions. It was not conversational and the interviewer didn't ask one question about my experience or acknowledge my resume. The questions were behavioral and situational.

Meu sonho de entrar no Google acabou ao fazer uma entrevista com o RH. Tenho mais de 10 anos de experiência e a entrevista foi um interrogatório de perguntas e respostas, sem deixar fluir. Ela batia na tecla de experiências que tive em 2008 (13 anos atrás) e porque eu queria sair da empresa com 1 ano, sendo que as minhas demais experiências são de anos.
A pergunta em inglês não deu pra entender absolutamente nada que ela falou. Mudou a entonação e mesmo sendo fluente não entendi nada.
