I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Mar 2011
Interview
I just had my second interview with the recruiter via phone. It was the same exact questions asked by the first one...GPA (I asked why this is so important since I've been successful in the industry for 10 years), why i'm leaving my current position, what I like to do with my free time....
Online application, virtual screening, virtual assessment and in-person interview. 3 stages of in-person interview starting with HR, then Sales Team Lead and finally the Head of Sales for the region. Overall it was transparent and objective process.

Question 1
What was the most outstanding thing I have accomplished.
I made it to the assessment phase where they ask a bunch of situational questions. They ask you how you handle certain situations a number of times. There aren't many instructions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process was quite a few steps with different people, but well managed overall and they were all very friendly. Some of the questions were a bit strange but nothing too crazy, felt like they wanted you to think outside the box
