Primeiro processo ocorreu com consultoria externa que direciona ao gestor. Entrevista com o gestor extremamente enviesado, preconceituoso e despreparado. Ele iniciou pedindo para ir ao banheiro, e quase 10 minutos foram perdidos enquanto eu aguardava seu retorno (ele com a câmera ligada dentro do escritório). Após voltar, fez pouco caso, respondia por mim e finalizou dizendo que “não sabia o motivo do Google insistir na contratação de pessoas com deficiência, já que diversas vezes tentaram e não havia dado certo”, como se não houvessem pessoas com deficiência capacitadas para atuar na empresa.

The prorcess was very professional. Went through 3 rounds of interview, all online. Prepare very thoroughly if you want to make it through. They know when you are not prepared so don’t just try to wink it.

Interview process was great. Definitely research the process online as others have described their process and how to thoroughly respond to interview questions. Was then placed in a “pool” waiting on team interviews, never got a call back. Suspect there wasn’t really an opening or was filled internally. Was told to continue to follow up, which I did. It’s been years now and my application was closed.
