Multiple rounds testing analytical skills and Google fit. Staff were extremely helpful in scheduling interviews but the overall process was fairly slow moving and it takes a while to hear back.
Pass the resume screen and 1st round with PM. All about the project questions but non of person experience. The first round scheduled for 45 minutes. No HR during or before this step.

One is project related. like how do you design a project for a specific usage and how to sell them
First round 45 min screening, basic design question
Second round, 3 back to back 45 min interviews with more variety in question content - strategy, design, etc.
There is also a written design portion to this part of the interview
