Google Program Manager I interview questions

Awesome recruiter- she prepped me well. Rigid interview process; 2 screening and 4 interviews. Respectfully done and all but 1 interviewer was prepared. Some Qs were feared to Product vs Program Management

For a position tagged to manage construction, the interviews were long, arduous, and involved software engineers and individuals who had no idea what the scope of the role actually was. The firm really doesn’t seem to have a handle on what it’s primary mission actually is, and I’m glad I withdrew.
