There were 2 technical rounds after an initial OA. Initial OA was super easy. The two rounds were 1 easy and 1 medium leetcode questions. They didn't ask me behavioral questions but they did allow me to ask them questions.
Interviewing at Google felt challenging but organized. First, I had a call with a recruiter. Then I had a few interviews where I solved coding problems and talked through my thinking. The questions were hard, but the interviewers were supportive.
The interview experience was highly professional, smooth, and well structured. The interviewers engaged in meaningful, in-depth discussions, strongly emphasized strategic thinking, and demonstrated clear vision, strong industry expertise, and sincere respect for candidates’ perspectives and ideas throughout the process.
