Goosehead Insurance Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, including an initial call. The people were friendly and seemed to like their jobs, but across the board were not very consistent. After my final round, I did not hear anything for a couple weeks and then randomly got a rejection letter. A little communication would have gone a long ways!
