I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Irving, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Spoke with them at the Texas Tech Business career fair, had a face-to-face interview after the career fair at the business school with the recruiting director, Julia Jordan, and a sales manager, Jason Conway. After that I had a phone interview that seemed more just like a get to know me kinda call and they let me know that they wanted to fly me out to Dallas for the final round of interviews. By them flying you out there it feels super cool and like you're some highly coveted potential employee so this sorta gets your blood pumping and you feeling like a semi-professional while still in college. My flight was at like 5 am so I got to the Irving office extremely early and had to wait around a long time but that was just the only flight that wouldn't have gotten me there late. It was me and 2 other guys, they gave us a little presentation and took us on a tour then we had our interviews with Gary (sales director), Mark Jones (CEO - Robyn's husband), and Robyn Jones (founder - Mark's wife).
