I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Lubbock, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward I felt. I met with two different people separately at the same interview. The first guy I talked to owned his own franchise and did most of the talking, didn't really ask me any questions. The second person I talked to asked me all the regular interview questions, "where do you see yourself in five years, what's your biggest failure that sort of thing." About a week later I ended up getting a generic email that told me I didn't get the job, I replied asking if I could have done anything better, this was completely ignored. For a company that prides itself on customer service I wasn't to satisfied with not getting a reply. There's probably better companies out there.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2026
Interview
