First you will have a phone interviews with some behavioral questions mainly but a few of why you are interested, and why you would be fit for the role. After you get to the final rounds you will have an interview where you go to the office, they show you around, they explain how they function, and what differentiates the form other insurances and their competitor. After this presentation, you being many round of interview with several other candidates. If you mentioned on your resume that you spoke Spanish, expect one of your interviewers to fully interview you in Spanish. The interviews in general are relatively expected question along with other really hard and other really random questions. I got asked to tell them about my favorite vacation, and what my favorite leisure activity was. I can’t remember well other random questions, but I really did not understand the purpose of such random questions, I think one asked me if I would rather have x for lunch or y. I hated this type of question, but I still replied. Something that made me nervous was realizing that many other people simultaneously interviewed as well. I would not recommend someone to apply with the the interview is extremely complicated for the actual role ( being on phone with clients and low salary). I thought I was going to be rated on my ability to connect with other, explain things well, and my competence to multi task and show care about the client, and while I believe that random questions can give great insight into one’s mind, I believe they have judged too hard for my responses.
