They will only hire if you apllied through college or are in a Greek frat of their choosing. I was yhe most qualified one in the group possibly even over qualified. Ive already done that position, interviewed flawless but they have to get a 1 percent selection margin somehow. Everybody was trendy and "roomed together" fraternity line environment. Don't get too hopeful even if you are qualified
Standard interview questions with two managers. After the interview they'll give you a tour of the campus. Heard back pretty quickly with an offer. I had a really great experience.
