The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Houston, TX)
Interview
One phone screen followed by a Skype interview with the same recruiter. Next an In person interview at which ever office youre interviewing for. If you pass this then it's to the corporate office in Dallas. Paid for my hotel stay. Some people were flown in from out of state.
The Dallas office is huge and nice. They take you on a tour of the office and show you how they are growing. You see every department on every floor. They seem to truly care about their people. After the tour there is an hour presentation on why Goosehead is the best opportunity out there. Makes you excited about the job for sure.
Next is a series of interviews with top managers, I had 4 back to back. Each one made me role play and showcase my skills or at the very least prove that you can handle on the spot pressure. If you do a good job with the interviews you should get offer that same day.
