I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
Standard intro call, followed by one more call with an employee currently in the role, then they flew me to Dallas for an in person interview.
During the in person interview all of the sales managers and VPs were awesome. The day started with a background of the company, then went into 4 different interviews with managers, VP, and the co-founder.
The co-founder cried during the interview in a very odd and confusing time. I wasn’t aware of it then, but I believe it was an empathy test to see how you would handle something like that. I was confused in the moment and wasn’t really sure why she was crying. Needless to say, I failed that test which ultimately resulted in me not receiving an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Houston, TX)
Interview
it was quick - talked to a recruiter , then a person at the Houston office, and then had a zoom call
in the zoom call you watch a presentation and then talk to 2 different people for 30 min each
