This is for the college campus recruitment process specifically. The interview process consists of two rounds. The first is incredibly easy and an in person interview after a career fair, in my experience. This interview consists of questions pertaining to ones motivation, drive, and situational awareness. Questions tend to be experience driven. From the fellow students I interviewed with pretty much everyone is pushed on to the final round, the second interview, maybe due to such high turnover rate in this position. The second interview is the final interview. The recruiting manager will give a call the day before providing a run down of the interview process, the questions that will be asked and even potential answers to consider. This interview has a group aspect initially but then was with the office manager, the account lead, and the director of sales. The interview process and questions tended to lean towards trying to come off incredibly in depth and in an intense and serious manner, but from the nature of the business at hand, it is not extremely technical or demanding work so this should not intimidate someone in the interview process. Everyone is extremely very transparent through the whole process and they get back to you extremely quick.
