Pre-interview information was very informative, transparent and welcoming.
Series of 2 interviews.
1st interview I got the distinct impression that the manager conducting the interview did not want to be doing that job duty at that time. The manager was defensive and closed off. It wasn't until the last 5 minutes of the interview that the manager began to warm up.
2nd interview was a much better experience. The manager during that interview asked more questions about previous employment and how I would perform in the job role. This manager also conducted a short mock sales interview.
