I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
I initially spoke on the phone with a recruiter. She set me up for an interview with another recruiter. It was a 30 minute virtual interview. The next day I did a one hour virtual meeting to learn more about the company. Immediately following that meeting I had two 30 minute interviews. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and seemed to genuinely care about me as a person. Unlike other interviews, Goosehead employees gave me an opportunity to learn about their company in the interview process. They are very proud of their services and employees and they wanted to make that clear to me. They gave me the opportunity to interview them just as much as they were interviewing me.
