Interview
Both interviews went extremely well. Both members of management was very clear on the questions. They not only made it an overall great interview experience, I also was more excited about being a employee for this company. Trinity was my overall favorite if I had to choose. Her passion for the job glowed in her personality and she enjoyed talking about her experience with the company. Both individuals left opening at the end for questions and made sure I received any info I needed to give me the best overview I hadn't received thus far.

Tell me a time were KPI's was an important factor in your job role. Explain how you made sure you met expectations.
Was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn with a brief description of the job and asked if I was open to scheduling a call to hear more. I confirmed and scheduled an appointment just for the recruiter to NOT call me. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

The interview process was very smooth and professional. Everyone I spoke too showed nothing but class, empathy and enthusiasm. One of the best interview processes I have every experienced. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Customer Service experience.
