The day before the corporate recruiter prepared me for the interview with questions that may be asked during the interview. Along with a Ted talk about Grit that puts you in the right headspace. The interviews were virtual through Microsoft Teams. There was an hour presentation about the company before the interviews which I enjoyed. It also went over the role I was applying for in more depth. I interviewed with two service managers in my office. The questions were professional and thoughtful. The biggest challenge is keeping your energy up because it’s hard to gage when being interviewed virtually.
