I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Westlake, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
A campus recruiter reached out to me on Handshake. We had a brief 15 minute phone call and then a 30 minute teams meeting the next day. She said I was a rockstar and flew me out to hq the following week for final interviews. It was a hq tour and business model presentation and then 4-30 min interviews back to back with various sales leaders and managers. I really enjoyed the leadership that I spoke to and my recruiter prepared me for everything. I took it a step further and went over the investor slide deck which ended up being part of the business presentation they gave final round interviewers. They are definitely looking for long term people, and people with drive and motivation and a willingness to succeed when the going gets tough. Overall really great experience. I was offered the job the next day. They did say they are being much more selective now with hiring so if if you are interested be sure to bring something special, show you are passionate and want to make a difference centered around their core values.
