I went through a staffing agency. A phone interview was set up a fairly quickly. Phone interview went great. It was basically to get to know me and my personality. I was offered a in-person interview and walk-through their corporate headquarters. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The culture there is really what sells it. I had three interviews with a manager, a vice president, and a director. Interviews were really straight forward and very conversational. However, two days I get an email saying they really liked me and would like to be a Quality Analyst. The next day they told me it wouldn't be available till February (5 months away). I was really disappointed, because I thought that they "really liked" me.
