Applied online. Had two interviews with recruiters that went great, at the end of each call we discussed scheduling the next interview. Eventually I interviewed with a sales manager which also went great and at the end he said the initial recruiter I spoke to would get in touch to set up a final round interview. I was excited and waited to get a call to set it up but the next day I received a generic rejection email? Since it wasn't a phone call I thought it was a mistake but I've been completely ignored despite being told we would schedule a final round interview (This was weeks ago now). I still don't know what happened but the job market is tough right now with COVID so to get people's hopes up like that is incredibly unprofessional
