First I had an initial phone call from a recruiter just to confirm my interest. Then a second call with the same recruiter to go over the position a bit more and see if there was a good fit. After that I was connected with the director of recruiting who told me more about the position and asked more personality type questions. Finally I had an interview at the Houston Office where I met with the head person there. He asked again very similar questions. Overall a fairly standard interview process mostly asking questions related to resume content and personality. Later the same day of the Houston Office interview I was notified by email I did not receive the position. The email seemed personalized and not a generic copy and paste rejection email. They provided feedback about my interview when I inquired very quickly and had many constructive things to say. Throughout the process I was treated with nothing but fairness and respect.
