I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Athens, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
On campus interview. Met with a HR representative and Hiring Manager after meeting through an campus career fair. Had two two interviews at the same time. Split the time between two representatives. Asked similar questions about resilience and how I felt selling to new people.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance
Interview
First I had an initial phone call from a recruiter just to confirm my interest. Then a second call with the same recruiter to go over the position a bit more and see if there was a good fit. After that I was connected with the director of recruiting who told me more about the position and asked more personality type questions. Finally I had an interview at the Houston Office where I met with the head person there. He asked again very similar questions. Overall a fairly standard interview process mostly asking questions related to resume content and personality. Later the same day of the Houston Office interview I was notified by email I did not receive the position. The email seemed personalized and not a generic copy and paste rejection email. They provided feedback about my interview when I inquired very quickly and had many constructive things to say. Throughout the process I was treated with nothing but fairness and respect. I wish all the best for this company.
